New patients
Finding a new dentist is an important decision. Here's what to expect, what to bring, and how insurance and payment work.
Your first visit
Adults, 18 and older
Your first visit includes a full exam, any needed x-rays, and a conversation about your treatment plan. Cleanings usually happen at a separate visit.

What to bring
- Your up-to-date dental and medical insurance cards. We'll copy both for your file.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, or 5 minutes early if you've already filled out your forms online.
- Want to go over your insurance policy with us? Arrive 20 minutes early.
Patient forms
Already scheduled and haven't received your forms? Email us and we'll send a secure link within 24 business hours. You can also ask for a health history form if something major has changed since your last visit.
