Dr. Christine Julian-Hoernke

General dentist, Madison

Dr. Julian-Hoernke grew up in the Twin Cities and moved to the Madison area as a teenager. She studied psychology at Arizona State University, and a job as a dental assistant in Madison during a gap year sparked her love for dentistry. It took her to the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

She wanted a group setting rather than solo practice, and chose Madison Family Dental because it was owned and operated by practicing dentists who could help her grow.

She loves the science, artistry and fine detail of the work, and the variety of procedures a general dentist gets to do. Her goal is to educate patients about their oral health and how it affects their overall wellbeing.

Outside the office

Gardening, swimming, biking, crossword puzzles and concerts. She is an active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and The Road Home Dane County.
